New Horizons is committed to supporting the philanthropic needs of our local, state and national service organizations. As such, our CEO, Kathy Hanrahan, proudly served as a Director for The TASER Foundation for Fallen Officers, the Phoenix Pólice Reserve Foundation, and the Maricopa County YWCA.  In addition, she provides support to other local organizations as a volunteer, when called upon.

We believe that by utilizing the experience of proven leaders in the business community to mentor and coach new organizations and company owners, we can strengthen our State's economy for the future.  Typically, young organizations cannot afford to pay for the level of expertise offered through New Horizons, so they are forced to re-learn lessons that could be avoided by contracting with proven leaders.  We hope to fill that gap by providing affordable services that focus on strategic growth and positioning these companies for their future.
