About Kathy
Bridging financial metrics and human performance
An Arizona native, Kathy is a C-suite executive with nearly three decades of finance and operating leadership. At TASER International (now Axon Enterprise) she rose from Corporate Controller to CFO, COO and President, leading the company's NASDAQ IPO and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and helping grow annual revenue from under $2 million to over $100 million.
Since founding New Horizons in 2010, she has served private and public companies as an interim or on-site executive: Interim CFO for LifeLock as it prepared for its IPO, Interim CFO guiding a large steel manufacturer out of Chapter 11, and President of a new government sales division at AMMO, Inc. Most recently she was CFO of a multi-state medical weight loss enterprise of 20+ entities, leading it through COVID-19 and securing more than $4 million in PPP funding.
Today Kathy advises business owners on special projects and provides executive coaching, combining deep cost accounting expertise with an operator's view of the big picture.
Our mission is your momentum.
